What does Profit & Process do?
We design and run small business websites on a flat monthly plan with $0 to build, and set up AI and automation that answer and follow up with leads: an AI phone receptionist, AI website chat, missed-call text back, instant follow-up, review requests, online booking and custom AI agents.
Where are you located?
We're a brand of Richie Books LLC, a California company, and we work remotely with small businesses across the United States.
How do I get started?
Request a free homepage preview. We build it, email you a private link, and you decide whether to launch.

How much does a website cost?
$0 to build and $297 a month for hosting, security, updates, local search setup and small edits. No long-term contract.
How fast will my website launch?
Your website goes live within 14 days of getting your content and domain access, or your first month is free.
Do I own my website?
You can buy it out any time for 12 months of your plan minus what you've already paid. After 12 months of payments, the buyout is $0. Your domain and content always stay yours.
Will my website show up on Google?
We set up the technical foundations search engines and AI assistants look for: clear page structure, local details, structured data, a sitemap, speed and a tuned Google Business Profile. No one can honestly guarantee rankings, and we won't.

What is an AI receptionist?
A voice AI that answers your business calls, answers common questions, books appointments, takes messages and passes urgent calls to a person, 24 hours a day.
Will AI give my customers wrong answers?
We limit it to your Company Brain, the knowledge base we build with you, and set it to hand off whenever it's unsure. We test with you before launch and keep tuning afterward.
What is a Company Brain?
A private, organized knowledge base of how your business works. Your AI receptionist, chat and agents answer from it, and your team can ask it questions too.
Can I use the AI tools without your website?
Many of them, yes, including the AI receptionist and missed-call text back. Ask us about your setup.
Billing
Money and contracts.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. Plans are month to month, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you've paid for.
Do you offer refunds?
We don't offer partial-month refunds. That's why you see a free preview before paying anything. Full details are in our Terms.
How do I pay?
Plans are billed monthly through Stripe.
